Kardosh Projects of the Marion Scott Gallery Launches New Website

Solocube Creative designs and launches the new website for local art gallery, Kardosh Projects (www.kardoshprojects.com), an art space sponsoring initiatives with some of Canada’s most innovative artists.

Creating a new website shares a few striking similarities with creating art out of a blank canvas. Both require technical skill and an infusion of personalized creativity. Kardosh Projects understands this parallel connection and has enlisted the expertise of Solocube Creative to create a new website for their art gallery.

The launch of the new website comes just in time for the opening of Kardosh Projects’ latest exhibit entitled, “Mono / chrome”. The exhibit brings together drawings, prints, paintings, photographs, and sculpture from the 1960s to the present, with styles ranging from hard edge to the gestural, and from abstraction to high realism.

Solocube Creative’s expertise was responsible for creating the overall website design of Kardosh Projects, as well as incorporating a responsive web design and WordPress integration. The new website is clean, minimalistic, and straightforward—with a focus on Canadian artists and exhibits sponsored by Kardosh Projects.

Ivan Dancourt, Creative Director of Solocube Creative and Robert Kardosh, owner & curator of the gallery have been working in creative projects with Marion Scott Gallery for over 10 years. Solocube Creative played a hand in creating Marion Scott Gallery’s first professional website back in 2004.

Mr. Dancourt is impressed with the abundant artistry and exhibits that continue to grace the gallery. He says, “It’s been a pleasure working with Robert Kardosh in creating their new website for Kardosh Projects. Just seeing the amazing works of art that artists in their gallery and exhibitions have been showcasing feels pretty special to be a part of.”

On a similar note, Mr. Dancourt says he is keen to work again with Marion Scott Gallery and Kardosh Projects in the future, should they ever be in need of Solocube Creative’s experience and expertise: “I look forward to continue working with Kardosh Projects and Marion Scott Gallery with creative web design and marketing support”.
